The Pennsylvania Lottery has launched the 2024 Perfect Match Second-Chance Drawing.
You can enter non-winning Valentine's Day-themed instant-win tickets for a chance to win one of $210,000 worth of prizes, including money to play the Keystone State Lottery online. This marks the Pennsylvania Lottery's fifth annual Valentine's Day-themed Second-Chance Drawing.
Between now and February 15, 2024, you can enter the following non-winning instant-win and Fast Play tickets:
- My Cherry on Top: This is a $2 scratch-off ticket with a top prize of $14,000.
- You Make My Heart Skip a Beat: This is a $5 scratch-off card with a top prize of $100,000.
- Love Struck: This is a $1 scratch-off card with a top prize of $14,000.
- Lava You Lots: This is a $5 scratch-off card with a top prize of $40,000.
- Struck By Cupid: This is a $1 scratch-off card with a top prize of $14,000.
- Love Is Sweet: This is a $2 scratch-off ticket with a top prize of $14,000.
When you enter the second-chance drawing, you could win one of four top prizes of $10,000, one of ten prizes of $2,000, plus a chance to win one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
How to play Valentine's Day-themed Second-Chance Drawing
You can enter by adding your non-winning ticket information at the Pennsylvania Lottery VIP Players Club or by using the official PA Lottery app to scan your ticket. Each non-winning You Make My Heart Skip a Beat, and Lava You Lots ticket you submit will receive five second-chance entries. For each non-winning My Cherry on Top and Love is Sweet ticket you submit, you will receive two entries. For each non-winning Love Struck and Struck by Cupid ticket you submit, you will receive one entry.
